Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every download. Here is how refunds work.
1. Failed processing
If an Ultra HD download fails to process, the credits are returned to your account automatically.
2. Unsatisfying results
If a paid download did not work well for your image, contact support@erasebg.uk within 14 days with the image and we will return the credits.
3. Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded for the unused credits at the price you paid per credit.
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. If you did not use any credits from the current period, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund of that period.
5. How to request
Email support@erasebg.uk from your account's email address. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
