Terms of Service

1. The service

EraseBG lets you upload images, removes their backgrounds automatically and lets you edit and download the results. Free previews are available without an account. High-resolution downloads require an account and credits.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid features.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or in breach of these terms.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload and the results you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process your images solely to provide the service.

You confirm that you have the right to use the images you upload and that they do not infringe the rights of others or contain illegal content. Do not upload images of people without the rights or consent required by applicable law.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are used to unlock high-resolution downloads as shown on the pricing page. Credits from one-time packs do not expire. Subscription credits are granted monthly and roll over for one month.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are forfeited when an account is deleted.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer or circumvent limits of the service, access it with automated tools without permission, or use it to create unlawful, infringing or deceptive content.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Automatic background removal is not perfect. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
